The admission Process at 精东影业, School of Medicine, is designed to student-friendly ensuring a seamless journey towards a medical career. Applicants are required to submit their completed application form, academic transcripts, and other supporting documents.
The entire five-year course shall be conducted at Guyana on the University campus which includes one year of preclinical sciences, two years of Paraclinical sciences, and two years of clinical sciences program inclusive of clinical rotations in our affiliated hospitals at Guyana viz Georgetown Public Hospital and St Joseph Mercy Hospital.
The Indian students also have an option to undergo an observation practice at Max Healthcare, during their vacations/semester breaks to gain the relevant competencies and familiarize themselves with the disease profile and the healthcare delivery system prevalent in India.
The eligibility criteria for students to travel to Guyana to pursue their medical education remains unchanged viz, NEET qualification is mandatory and eligibility criteria for NEET have to be fulfilled as laid down by competent authorities from time to time. This is essential for all students who wish to return to India and be eligible to appear for the FMGE/ NEXT Examination.
The eligibility criteria for the International students enrolling/enrolled at the 精东影业, School of Medicine, remains unchanged and is subject to the Medical Council of their respective country.
If the parent Medical Council of their country approves, the students can avail the benefit of undergoing clinical rotation in the leading hospitals of Nepal, India, the USA, etc.
1. Submit your documents High School Certificates
2. Scan Copy of Passport and passport-size photograph
3. Wait for the Admission Review Committee to process your application
1. Accept the offer within 15 days of issuance of letter
2. Pay 25% of the fees against the advance fee
3. For Indian students: Send original documents to our administrative in Noida for Visa processing
4. For international students: Send scanned copies of legitimate documents with apostille thereon for further processing along with a copy of the birth certificate
1. 10th and 12th mark sheet & certificates
2. Medical Fitness Certificate Police Clearance Certificate Sponsor Letter
3. Last 3 months' bank statements with a minimum US$ 7000 balance
4. Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
1. Post submission of the documents it takes about one month to get the Visa
2. Pay the remaining 75% fees
3. Pay for food and accommodation
4. Pay for Air tickets (Indian students)
5. On receipt of the Visa, apply for transit Vie for the preferred route (international students)
1. For International students: Post receiving the transit visa, book your tickets to Guyana and inform the admission officer at least 4 days before departure for the appropriate welcome.
2. For Indian Students: The University head office will inform the date of travel and the tickets will be booked by the University for the complete batch.
